Classic Reformer
FOCUS ON STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, COORDINATION, AND BALANCE
This class is for those seeking effective Pilates training at a moderate pace on the Reformer. Using your own body weight combined with resistance training, the Reformer challenges and supports core control. With regular participation, you will quickly notice and see how your body becomes toned and strengthened.
Fit & Shape Reformer
TONE ABS, GLUTES, LEGS, AND IMPROVE POSTURE
Fit & Shape Reformer is designed to target abs, glutes, legs, and overall posture. This class moves at a moderate-to-high pace, working deeply into the muscles while boosting calorie burn. Expect to be challenged on endurance and strength through varied repetitions, making this class highly effective for toning and shaping the body.
Power Reformer
HIGH-INTENSITY REFORMER FOR STRENGTH AND CARDIO
Power Reformer gets your heart rate up! This fast-paced class combines strength and cardiovascular training with high-energy music. Using the jumpboard for dynamic jump sequences, you’ll experience a sweaty, highly effective workout. If you’re new to Reformer training, we recommend attending a Classic Reformer class first before trying Power Reformer.
Trainee Reformer
FREE PARTICIPATION ON THIS CLASS
Trainee Reformer classes are taught by instructors in training who have completed all schooling. Participation in this class is free (please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 100 DKK fee). Participants are expected to provide constructive feedback after the class.
