Return to the core of Pilates and strengthen your technique with our classical Mat/Tower and Original Reformer classes. With only eight participants per class, you’ll enjoy a focused and calm environment, allowing full immersion in the authentic Pilates system – just as Joseph Pilates intended.
Mat & Tower
BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
Matwork is practiced on the mats, following Joseph Pilates’ original sequence of 22 exercises. This series is designed to strengthen the entire body while increasing mobility.
Expect a challenging session with no breaks between exercises, performed in a steady rhythm. This class demonstrates the deep, foundational work that forms the cornerstone of the entire Pilates system. The Tower is incorporated throughout to refine technique and support cleaner, more precise movement.

We offer one-on-one sessions, or you can bring a training partner for a duet session. Personal training allows us to work in depth on your specific focus areas, tailoring each session to help you reach your goals. Original Reformer
AN INTENSIVE CLASS
Original Reformer is an intensive class that follows the exercise sequence Joseph Pilates designed for the Reformer. You will feel a real difference in your body, break a sweat, and be challenged on endurance. This class is not suitable as a trial session, as the exercises are performed in a continuous flow requiring familiarity with adjusting springs and quick equipment transitions.
